Fading Fast

Slowly the blooms dried but for me still have beauty with their darker antique colours. I don't find the leaves attractive enough to photograph so will let them do their thing before it is time to cut them away and confine the bulb to darkness until it shows signs of life again.

Relocation, relocation

A second bid for freedom was discovered on wednesday morning so a larger pot and more compost was needed. Tucked in up to the neck this time - no more bare shoulders for this gal!

What can I say? It grew some.

17" from bulb neck to tip.

24 hours in a pot and things are soon straightened out.

I think we have a second bud already!
